These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of faithwillglobal.com and any purchase of products or services from FaithWill Global (“FaithWill,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site, creating an account, or placing an order on/after January 1, 2025, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Returns/Refunds Policy (collectively, the “Policies”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Orders placed before January 1, 2025 remain governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.

1) Eligibility & Account

You must be the age of majority in your state (or have parental consent) to purchase. You’re responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account.

2) Products, Pricing & Availability

We aim to describe items accurately; minor variations may occur due to display settings or supplier updates. Prices and availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities or cancel orders (with a prompt refund if you were charged).

3) Orders, Payment & Taxes

When you place an order, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the order total, including shipping and applicable taxes. We may decline or cancel orders for suspected fraud, error, or policy noncompliance.

4) Shipping, Title & Risk of Loss

We ship to the destinations shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please notify the carrier and us promptly about shipping damage so we can assist.

5) Returns & Refunds — 30 Days (California)

Window: You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags/packaging. Hygiene-sensitive, final-sale, and personalized items are not returnable unless defective.
Process: Start your return by contacting us (see §17). We’ll provide instructions and the return address. Unless the item is defective or we made an error, you’re responsible for return shipping.
Refunds: Issued to the original payment method after we receive/inspect your return. Bank/issuer posting times vary.
Disclosure: Our policy is conspicuously posted on the Site and at checkout to comply with California retail refund-policy requirements.

6) User Content (reviews, photos)

By submitting reviews or content, you grant FaithWill a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display that content in connection with the Site and our marketing, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or offensive material.

7) Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site (e.g., introduce malware, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass security, or attempt unauthorized access). We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

8) Intellectual Property

All Site content (text, graphics, logos, images, product photos, and code) is owned by or licensed to FaithWill and protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9) Subscriptions/Auto-Renewals (if offered)

If you enroll in a subscription or trial, it will auto-renew at the disclosed interval and price until you cancel. We will present clear terms, obtain affirmative consent, send post-purchase confirmation, provide easy online cancellation, and send renewal reminders when required by California’s Automatic Renewal Law. You can cancel anytime via My Account → Subscriptions or by contacting us.

10) California Privacy Rights

Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy. California residents have rights to know, access, delete, correct, and opt-out of sale/sharing of personal information, and to limit use of sensitive personal information. We provide required notices and request mechanisms (including a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link, if applicable).

11) Proposition 65 Notice (if applicable)

Some products may include materials that could expose you to chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer or reproductive harm. Where applicable, we provide a clear and reasonable warning in product listings, at checkout, or on packaging.

12) Warranties & Disclaimers

Except as required by law or expressly stated, products and the Site are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted, we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose). Your exclusive remedy is as stated in our Returns/Refunds Policy or any manufacturer warranty that accompanies the product.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FaithWill will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

14) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FaithWill and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, costs, and attorneys’ fees arising from your use of the Site, your content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

15) Changes

We may update the Site and these Terms periodically. Changes take effect when posted with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.

16) Governing Law & Venue (California)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California (without regard to conflict-of-law rules). Exclusive venue and jurisdiction lie in the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California (update to your preferred California county if different).
