Returns & Refunds Policy — FaithWill Global (California)

1) Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

2) Condition of Returns

Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags/packaging (e.g., boxes, dust bags, labels, accessories).

Not returnable (unless defective or we shipped the wrong item):

  • Final-sale/clearance items (clearly marked)

  • Worn/used items; items missing original packaging or with removed tags

  • Hygiene-sensitive items (intimates, swim, cosmetics), gift cards

  • Personalized/custom items

  1. 3) How to Start a Return

    1. Contact us within 30 days with your order number and reason:

      • We’ll reply with instructions and the return address (below).

      • Ship the item using a trackable method. Unless the item is defective or we made an error, return shipping is your responsibility.

  1. 4) Refunds

    • We inspect returns within 5–7 business days of receipt.

    • Approved refunds go to the original payment method; banks/card issuers may take 3–10 business days to post.

    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless our error/defect).

    • Items received outside the policy or not in original condition may be rejected or partially refunded.

    5) Exchanges

    Need a different size/color? Start a return as above and place a new order. We’ll refund the original once received and inspected.

    6) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

    Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or a prepaid return with a full refund.

    7) Gifts

    If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, approved returns may be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit (at our discretion).

    8) International Orders

    Import duties/taxes are non-refundable by FaithWill. For returns from outside the U.S., mark parcels “Returned Goods” to avoid extra customs charges.

    9) Restocking Fees

    We do not charge a restocking fee. If a fee ever applies to a specific item, we will clearly disclose it on the product page and at checkout before purchase.

    10) California Notice (Posting Requirement)

    California retailers may set their own return policies, but any limits (time limits, “exchange only,” “store credit only,” exclusions) must be conspicuously posted before purchase. We display this policy on our website and at checkout to comply.
